We are looking for a Gaming Analyst with a balance of analytical rigor and strong communication skills. This will be a key role in the buildout of a rapidly growing firm with strong potential for unique growth and advancement. The candidate must have a genuine interest in NFTs, play-to-earn models and a general knowledge of the ecosystem.

Republic Realm is a family of professionally-managed investment products and incubated companies engaged in metaverse and NFT innovation. We are creators of the Fantasy Islands NFT project.

What you'll do:

• Conducting due diligence and valuation analysis on prospective and current investments
• Preparing various presentation deliverables including investment memos, marketing materials, and investor reports
• Researching and drafting reports on industry sectors, trends, and market dynamics
• Monitoring existing investments and tracking deal flow generated by the team
• As a member of our small, but growing team, you will also be asked to assist on any other projects or activities where help is needed

About you:

• Loves gaming, ideally a gaming addict
• Undergraduate degree with track record of academic excellence
• 1-2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or other relevant fields
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities including financial modeling
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to quickly distill abstract ideas and large amounts of imperfect information down into thoughtful insights
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic
• A desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and feel comfortable making decisions despite uncertainty

• The position is fully remote, but we are headquartered in New York City and the role may require some regular travel to meet with other team members in person
