Functional Analyst
The Challenge:

As an IT Functional Analyst, you'll help develop leading-edge products. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers , you'll identify clients' functional needs, gather te chn ical requirements, and refine user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to our VA customer. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience with analyzing and designing information systems and sof tware
• 4+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
• 4+ years of experience with stakeholder or client management
• 4+ years of experience with developing and evaluating business needs and processes
• Experience using Jira
• Knowledge of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources® ( FHIR® )
• Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies
• Ability to translate systems requirements to business needs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public T rus t or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with VA Scheduling
• Experience with scheduling appointments for patients
• Experience with Amazon Web Services ( AWS )
• Experience developing Java applications
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and Swagger
• Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project members
• Bachelor's degree

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 90,000 to 115,000.
