Job Description
The primary focus of our team is to build out a best-in-class Finance data platform to scale our reporting and analytics workflows. We are trusted advisers that enable Finance to deliver excellence as we scale towards $5B in ARR. Our goal is to transform the way we produce reports, business insight, financial models, forecasts and key controls. We are fueled by organic innovation, internal collaboration and adoption of best practices in data management, integration, automation, visualization and AI/ML. The Finance BI Manager role requires an energetic individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions in data analytics and reporting process automation/optimization. To accomplish our goals, the role will be expected to develop strategic partnerships across the Finance and IT organization. The role will be focused on optimizing the data supply chain from enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Xactly, Adaptive Insights, SuccessFactors and Clari to our data warehouse Snowflake and insights delivery via Tableau. The candidate should be comfortable with managing and developing a portfolio BI assets as well as driving innovation which aligns to our strategic vision to maximize the value of our data.
Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/Financial Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Engineer or BI Engineer or 2+ years as a manager in similar functions
• Experience with building/ managing a suite of BI applications and driving user adoption
• Previous experience working in Finance, GTM or Accounting a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools, Tableau, Power BI, Tableau CRM, Looker etc
• Experience with Data Warehousing and Modelling best practices in Snowflake
• Advanced SQL for building complex joins and analytical queries
• Experience with integration tools and API led connectivity
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Natural curiosity and motivation for problem solving and innovative thinking
• Advanced analytics, statistics, forecasting, modelling and/or ML experience a plus
• Knowledge of data governance best practices, implementation experience a plus
• Python, R a plus
• Self-starter, willing to work autonomously with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
