Enterprise Risk Analyst (HYBRID)
We are hiring a Risk Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk team. In this role, you will identify and report levels of risk in the organization through assessments, analysis, reports and dashboards. Qualified candidates will have 2 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably with experience risk analysis and an eGRC tool. You will have knowledge of financial industry operations, products and services, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple assignments with exceptional attention to detail.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties:
- Report and present risk assessment results to senior leadership and/or Board of Directors as appropriate
- Design and complete enterprise-wide and targeted risk assessments, creating reports and dashboards
- Analyze data to calculate risks and outcomes
- Aggregate and transform data from multiple sources to produce consistent results
- Audit data and establish quality control measures for mitigation of risk
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of risk mitigation processes
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a data analyst role, preferably with experience in risk analysis and an eGRC tool
- Financial Industry experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; expert knowledge of Excel including use of pivot tables and macros
- Certification/License: Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
