Enterprise Continuity Analyst will be joining our Enterprise Continuity team that is focused on supporting organizational resiliency in the face of disruption. This role will work closely with various business units on development and implementation of business continuity strategies (mission critical employee functions) and disaster recovery plans (systems recovery) that support business resiliency objectives for the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business continuity. They are self-motivated and able to prioritize and adjust to accommodate the everchanging needs of the industry and the organization.

This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Springfield, MO, Allen, TX, Kansas City, KS, or Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is between $66,000- $90,000 depending on skill level and geographical location.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Facilitate risk assessments with business units to evaluate potential threats to business viability, information security, recovery, and physical security as they relate to Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery.• Provide guidance in identifying and defining critical systems and in assessing potential business impacts if they are interrupted.• Recommend recovery strategies and develops solutions for management consideration.• Assist management in all emergency weather response activities.• May provide expertise and company support to management in local areas affected by a business disruption or disaster.• Utilize defined procedures and practices to produce consistent results, adhering to audit and examination standards.• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience, in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery field.• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail.• Ability to travel up to 15% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
