Digital Analyst, Mid
Key Role:
Support the business through customer experience measurement. Apply descriptive and diagnostic digital analysis techniques to understand customer journeys based on audience insights and behavior. Analyze a mix of digital channels for their effectiveness and understand what questions can be answered through analytics reporting platforms, including web analytics, organic search, site surveys, digital listening, heatmaps, and more. Evaluate data sets to identify anomalies or areas of opportunity to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Share measurement guidance with stakeholders to be used as a framework to identify goals, objectives, key performance indicators, targets, and actions that inform reporting efforts. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- 2+ years of experience with digital analytics to analyze customer behaviors and preferences
- 1+ years of experience with digital dashboard development, including Google Data Studio or Tableau
- Experience with tag management tools, including Google Tag Manager or Tealium
- Experience with the development of goals, objectives, and key performance indicators in relation to measurement plans
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices, reporting, and software, including Google Search Console, Moz, or ScreamingFrog
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with analyzing customer survey responses
- Experience with social media or digital listening reporting
- Experience with digital marketing and digital strategy
- Experience with CX management software, including Medallia or Qualtrics
- Experience with email marketing and reporting platforms, including GovDelivery
- Knowledge of programming languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets, including R, Python, or SLQ
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactively
- Possession of excellent qualitative and quantitative analytics skills
- Possession of excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills to communicate suggestions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 90,000 to 112,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
