Database Operations Analyst
Overview
This Analyst will work in a 3-person team under the Manager of Marketing Operations to ensure the timely delivery and flawless execution of multichannel marketing campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Support marketing database hygiene and maintenance, executing list pulls to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Define entry source for audience targets.
- Utilization CDP web data.
- Validate data in the target audience.
- Apply business rules and can spam laws.
- Monitor data updates
- Use Service Cloud for data validation.
- Review preference updates
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience including internships
- Basic HTML
- Ability to write basic SQL queries
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Marketing Cloud preferred
- Be a proactive self-starter, eager to learn and grow, and have a passion to seek & identify opportunities for business growth
- Be a collaborator, able to work closely with cross-functional teams and oversee projects from inception to final result
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple projects at one time
- Have a can do attitude, think positively and seek out challenges to grow as a marketer and a human being
