The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong data and interpersonal expertise. This role requires cross-functional work with our Analytics, Project Management, Software Development, and Consulting teams. We welcome extremely detail oriented, creative individuals who enjoy working with others and want to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge health tech-company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive quality improvements across projects and processes
  • Evolve and enforce policies for effective data management.
  • Sustain logic for industry standard nomenclature and categorization of surgical
    devices.
  • Design and Establish SOP's for governing and evolving data sets.
  • Assist with data interpretation, standardization and updates
  • Complete special assignments in a timely manner
  • Serve as a surgical instrument expert including but not limited to: naming, uses,
    cross reference and types
  • Deploying software solutions to end users


Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in Healthcare. Specialization in implementation,
    education, and/or training preferred
  • Willing to travel and work on client sites. Travel requirement is up to 40%.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills with a
    demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous
  • Team player, open, pleasure to work with, and positive in a group dynamic
  • Driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive
