What you'll do• Use quantitative analysis, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand what drives our business• Produce recommendations for improving existing data science methodologies and use statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate your findings• Serve as the main subject matter expert for all things data science related to your specific region• Run experiments and develop dashboards and data visualizations to enable observability and to communicate results to leadership. Provide rigorous technical mentorship to the team.• Execute complex analyses to assist with high value deals or other strategic initiatives
Tell us if you're ready.• 3-5 years (with Bachelor's/Master's Degree) or 0-2 years (with Ph.D.) of experience in a quantitative, technical work environment• Hands-on experience in modeling and analysis, and in deploying machine learning models in production• Outstanding communication: ability to explain analytics topics in plain language suitable for non-technical and non-analytical executives and cross-functional partners• Work end to end from data collection, feature generation and selection, algorithm development, forecasting, visualization and communication of model results• High comfort level with modern data/statistical programming languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.) as well as data visualization• Have a growth mindset; love solving ambiguous, challenging, and impactful problems!
