Job Description:

As a Data Operations professional, you will provide operational and analytical support for CoreLogic data products. You will perform research to ensure data solutions are delivered within SLA and assist both internal and external customers with resolutions of escalated questions. You will help to power the homeowner's journey and delight our customers through exceptional data delivery. You will also gain exposure to all 3 pillars of CoreLogic on this team.

Job Duties:

  • Manage production workflow for customized data solutions and produce client output
  • Perform quality audits on client request data before moving into production
  • Query, analyze, and transform varying data and file formats to ensure production readiness
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures
  • Monitor operational quality, including both automated and manual functions, to ensure quality and timeliness of completed work
  • Partner with client services and interact directly with clients to drive a positive customer experience and resolve any customer concerns
  • Perform ongoing analysis of daily tasks to improve productivity and quality
  • Drive process improvements, including active project participation
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships across the matrix


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline preferred
  • 3+ years of Business/Data Analyst or other directly related experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operations and continual process improvement
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-centric, results-oriented culture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with customer-facing experience
  • Expertise in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
  • Familiarity with SQL


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with BI tools
  • Domain knowledge covering one or more aspects of the real estate economy (mortgage servicing, property insurance, credit, etc.
