Data Engineer

This is an opportunity to support data engineering activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. Driving law enforcement modernization, you'll have the chance to architect data systems, build ETL pipelines, and perform data ingestion. From performing analytical exploration and examination of data to leading the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms, you'll guide your clients to solve their most pressing challenges.

You Have:

• Experience with software development
• Experience with Big Data ETL development using NIFI
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation logic, and querying data
• Experience using Spark with languages including Python and Scala
• Experience with Git, Gitlab, and Atlassian tools
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Agile
• Experience using Databricks
• Experience developing Entity Resolution solution
• Experience with AWS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
