Position Description:

CGI is part of a team to support and modernize multiple case management solutions using agile DevSecOps teams at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We have built, maintained, and enhanced multiple solutions over the years for USCIS we have deployed to AWS. Our experienced teams are repeatedly called upon to address the latest challenges using new technology.

To support our new teams, we need a Scrum Master with an understanding of data analytics technologies to help our build a new data analytics solution. You will work closely with program leads across other teams on the program, and the government client to fully understand and develop the stories on which your agile teams will execute.

This role can be 100% remote.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Work closely with other teams and System Architects to understand requirements and translate into epics and stories.• Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and other Agile ceremonies.• Prepare for and participate in SAFe release train planning sessions.• Work with other Agile teams to effectively design, build and deliver cloud-based solutions.• Work with other teams to coordinate integration testing across multiple (more than 3) teams.• Coordinate documentation efforts for the infrastructure managed by the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.• 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.• Ability to work with the client business owner and end-users to build well-defined agile stories and work with Developers and Testers to build clear acceptance criteria.• Understanding of advanced data technologies such as data warehouses and data lakes.• Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.• Strong communication skills.

Desired qualifications:• Experience working with USCIS architecture, engineering and other organizations.• Certified Scrum Master.• Experience leading teams using Data Bricks.• Experience leading teams working in AWS environments.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $76,700 - $99,800*

*Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado. Therefore, this good faith salary range will only apply where this described position will be performed in the state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other locations or for other positions.
