Data Architect, Senior
Key Role:

Apply your leadership and analytical skills to improve an organization's ability to capitalize on one of its most critical strategic assets: its data. Work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs and then dig into their data-rich environment to conceptualize and visualize a data framework that will impact data use. Provide knowledge and guidance in handling disparate data sources from varied databases and identify business challenges solved with analytics, data architecture, and policies asso cia ted with data management. Analyze and maintain data governance artifacts, including data strategy and policies to ensure maximum value and integrity of the data to the client, and develop and promote data standards to ensure consistent, sharable data across the organization. Provide your customer with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, including problem-solving, leadership, team development and management, the practical application of strategic frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational challenges
  • Experience delivering data strategy and governance with increased availability, usability, and integrity of data
  • Experience analyzing requirements for te chn ical policies , processes, and structure to introduce data standards, support enterprise data management and improve data integrity
  • Experience delivering data governance artifacts, including strategy, models, and dictionaries
  • Knowledge of databases, data modeling, data management practices, and data architecture and design
  • Knowledge of data management languages and tools, including SQL and processes, including ETL
  • TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with identifying and assessing customer needs and recommending solutions
  • Experience with communicating highly complex te chn ical information and solutions clearly and articulately at all levels and audiences
  • Experience with applied statistics, operations research, artifi cia l intelligence ( AI ) and machine learning ( ML ) , or advanced data-driven management
  • Experience with user interface and query sof tware
  • Experience with application server sof tware
  • Master's degree
  • Agile Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
