Under broad guidance, performs data analytics activities related to complex business problems and issues to provide insight to decision makers. May provide analytic support for internal project teams and for external client consulting or services

Data Updates• Performs audits to ensure conformance with established procedures.• Manipulates and transforms data to optimize analyses.• Routinely extracts data from internal databases and performs data verification for accuracy and completeness.• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to support the development of recommendations;• Routinely extracts data from internal databases and performs data validation and quality assurance steps for optimized applicability within UI updates. • Perform scheduled system updates in Cost Benchmarking UI tools by running appropriate SQL script or using internal Data Administration console.• Perform quality check of data updates in test UI environment(s) and production environments to ensure data accuracy and tool functionality.
Data Solutions• Works with stand alone data systems supporting activities such as inquiry resolution, data validation and trend analysis;• Performs quantitative and or qualitative analyses to support client facing teams resolve data inquiries in a timely manner i.e. Customer Success and Cost Benchmarking Support • Performs quantitative and or qualitative analyses to support internal teams resolve internal data inquiries (Customer Success, Cost Benchmarking Support, Business Development, Product Development, Statistics)

Data Reporting• Under broad guidance, performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to support the development of solutions for internal or external client project teams;• Produces datasets and reports for analysis using IQVIA reporting tools.• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to support the development of recommendations.• Constructs impact assessment(s) based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.• Produce and Present datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools for both internal teams and external clients.
UI Solutions Engineering and Development• Occasionally provide support to product development teams by providing contextual information regarding database and UI connection.• Work with Product Development team to create SQL script solutions to resolve data and or UI tool issues.• Works with Products team to development tool enhancements that will be leverage existing databases.
Client Responsibility• Researches, analyzes, and responds to client inquiries that may be very complex and non-routine regarding data support• Proactively identifies opportunities and or applies best practices to add value to the clients.• Analyzes complex business questions and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide feedback to decisions makers with a full understanding of area of specialization.• Provides consultation to users and lead cross functional teams to address business issues.

• Support administration of Clinical Trial Optimization Solutions cost benchmarking databases.
• Develop and analyze business requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries pertaining to cost benchmarking data
• Support development and maintenance of department SOPs and other relevant documentation
• Support database maintenance as needed including weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and updates

Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree required or related experience• 3 years of related experience preferably working with pharmaceutical data.• Proficiency in SQL with proficiency in Python preferred, but not required.• Data analysis skills and previous experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access).• Proficient in any of the following: Microsoft BI, Tableau, and/or statistical services (i.e. SPSS).• Strong Business Acumen• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral) including Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer success skills;• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment;• Ability to travel to clients and IQVIA offices as appropriate• Strong Mathematic Skills • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
