What You'll Bring:• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, plus 3 years of work experience or equivalent practical experience. Or Master's Degree with 0-2 years of experience.• Strong analytical skills (3+ years preferred) with high attention to detail and accuracy• Curiosity about the data and underlying business.• Experience working with cross-functional teams, and ability to influence without ownership• 3+ years of experience with SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools• Experience with Python or R is a plus.• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.• Effective problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills.• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.• Motivated self-starter, with a strong work ethic.• Product Analytics experience is a plus.• Experience in media targeting, measurement effectiveness a plus.
- Experience with AWS would be a plus.
Impact You'll Make:• Create & manage key product data structures for insights, measurement, and targeting related products.• Develop data driven solutions for all products, while taking into consideration existing data challenges, data restrictions and potential alternate uses of final output.• Conduct non-routine analyses, including data gathering from large and complex data sets, processing, analysis employing advanced statistical methods at times, with ongoing deliverables to improve the quality of our data products.• Hypothesize and recommend product enhancements by leveraging a deep understanding of our data, customers, and business.• Leverage data as a strategic enterprise asset enabling data-based decision analytics• Develops a deep knowledge of data sets and the operational processes being supported.• Train junior team members to deliver high quality solutions that can be easily re-purposed or customized for future engagements• Prepare plan and manage timeline and resources for each project
* Required to work in White Plains, NY office between 1-2 days/week.
