Competencies / Skills:
- Technical/analytical skills including proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server & Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex data into clear and concise presentations and status reports
- Critical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
- Strong experience with understanding users' needs in reporting and insights
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships
- Utilize Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server & Microsoft Office suite to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and integrate large amounts of complex data into clear and concise presentations and status reports
- Gather and stitch together data from disparate sources, provide centralized, easy-to-use tools used to access it, consult on data analytics, and help generate insights that enable faster data-driven business decisions
- Data modeling, databases, data mining and querying.
- Utilize critical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Understand users' needs in reporting and insights
- Develop and manage cross-functional relationships
- Problem solving with the users/business, including tools design, dashboarding, design reporting)
- Build reports in Tableau, PowerBI, or SSRS, and can query databases proficiently (SQL with data querying, transformation, multi-table joins, and calculations
- Utilize Alteryx to structure the data, blended different data sources together or heavy statistical forecasting or users cases in API
- Extensive experience working with the Business (Clarity/Concise)
