Description
This position is in support of the Department of State as a part of the Vanguard 2.2.1 contract. The Communications Analyst will require the development and implementation of policies, processes, and actions that identify, track, and provide overall logistics and support the customer's projects.
This role is temporarily remote due to Covid-19. The team is currently reporting onsite 1-2 days/week. Associates will report back to the office full time at the customer's request.

Required Education & Experience
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute client communication plan.
- Gather Business Requirements.
- Write, edit and coordinate distribution of documents.
- Content creation and management of Social Media sites.
- Create event materials.
- Develop and distribute communications to user community.
- Branded Marketing.
- Provide process management, planning, stakeholder management, and integration of initiatives for Strategic Planning Office (SPO) Division level activities.
- Perform general quality assurance on written communication, to include formatting and grammar on documents.
- Draft office policies, memorandums, and other office related inter-and external-office related communication.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; May accept additional experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of PMBOK and ITIL Principles and Methodologies preferred.
- The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across cross-matrix organization.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple/competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
- State Department experience desired
- Must hold active Secret clearance.
