As a Clinical Insight Analyst, you’ll do more than just gather requirements and perform quality management: You’ll be asked to think on your feet to analyze and solve complex business problems using cutting-edge technology.

• Analyze variety of data types to identify user trends to write user stories, functional specifications, and business rules
• Researches, analyzes, and responds to client/internal data inquiries
• Completes quantitative analysis and research behind data to assist Client Services
• Verifies data for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with Product & Delivery managers to communicate product vision and prioritize efforts based on business needs
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Work closely with clients, development, and managerial staff to understand and define stakeholder needs, and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Document, update, implement and maintain processes and procedures
• Responsible for management of NCQA accreditation process for Wellness and Health Promotion
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and end-users of the platform/products
• Manage competing resources and priorities
• Facilitate conversations between business and engineering

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree within or related to engineering, product design, computer science, public health or relevant experience in those fields
• 2-5 years of experience analyzing complex/varietal data sets to generate insights, program requirements, and program enhancements
• Healthcare experience, preferably with a health plan/payer, wellness, or population health analytics background
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with standard business analysis concepts in an agile environment
• Experience with NCQA appraisal/certification preferred
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• A history of leading or supporting successful projects
• Team attitude – working well with others in and across the organization to accomplish goals
• Experience creating detailed reports and/or giving presentations
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
