INVISTA is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner closely with INVISTA's Finance and Accounting team to define and deliver a roadmap that transforms our work processes.

In this role, the candidate will facilitate process transformation and improvements by connecting to Accounting and Finance's vision and strategies, understanding the valuable problems to be solved, and then prioritizing and executing those items as part of an agile product team.

To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to develop relationships, manage multiple activities/projects at once, and demonstrate strong prioritization skills. You will excel by building relationships and communicating with business stakeholders at multiple levels to understand their strategies and requirements, and then executing as part of a product team.
What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Build productive relationships with our Finance and Accounting team, developing detailed understanding of the business process while consistently looking for innovative ways to provide value
  • Partner with the business process owners to ensure the vision and strategies are clearly understood and being implemented within the product
  • Interfacing with the business stakeholders to define priority, business needs, and requirements
  • Partnering with diverse, cross-functional teams to propose diverse sets of alternatives
  • Providing direction and prioritization to the product team that aligns with the stakeholder's vision
  • Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable.
  • Working with customers, vendors, and IT or Finance teams to appropriately implement technology solutions
  • Communicating with leadership and stakeholders on current initiatives


The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Experience working in large, complex platforms with business process workflow or leading IT projects implementations
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum or product team
  • Experience working with product vendors, external customers, and IT Teams for project deliverables
  • Experience with economic and analytical problem solving


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with API integration methods
  • Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies
  • Experience with analytical tools and frameworks and delivering analytical solutions
  • Experience working with complex data models or complex data flows
  • Desire to progress into a leadership position
