About the team

FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) is a premier commercial lending and loan servicing solution that supports timely decision-making, reduces operating costs, improves data quality, and enhances analytics.  Our Managed Services teams provide FIS’ deep expertise in hosting and managing our solutions and providing long-term dedicated functional support and development expertise to increase the agility with which our clients can utilize, enhance, customize, or integrate with our solutions.

What you will be doing

As a Busines Systems Analyst Specialist on an assigned Managed Services team, you will work on a small, client-focused team providing dedicated services to one or more assigned clients strategic to FIS. In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate/elicit/refine requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system interfaces
  • Write and maintain appropriate documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, procedural documentation, etc.
  • Work closely with Technical Analysts and Developers to transform requirements into designs and estimates
  • Write test plans and test cases to ensure changes which are made to the application meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained
  • Conduct a variety of tests, such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests, ensuring changes made by developers are correct
  • Support developers during the development process
  • Support the client in their testing efforts

What you bring:

  • Extensive, direct functional experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) solutions.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with, or for, financial institutions with direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, advising, and/or checking the work of less experienced business systems analysts.
