Your Role

The Provider Operations product team delivers system and process changes to support department and broader organizational needs. The Product Team Business Systems Analyst will report to the Senior Manager Program Management. In this role you will engage on projects and initiatives to define the technical and process changes that need to happen, support delivery with business and technical teams, and support roll out.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct routine data analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
  • Formulate and define routine systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
  • Develop or modify information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing systems
  • Identify a desired future state that addresses a business problem utilizing multiple analytic methodologies and business process modeling
  • Manage requirements and analysis to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives
  • Provide analytical support for multiple, highly complex cross-functional projects simultaneously, establish work plans and timelines, coordinates with internal and external resources
  • Facilitate and document business requirements and user stories to support business and system requests
  • Perform user acceptance verification by reviewing system, data, and demo outputs
  • Lead change management through the development of process documentation, communications, documentation, quality controls and training support
  • Ensure smooth implementation by working collaboratively with business and technical teams, operational leadership, and communications stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions continue to execute successfully, leave improvement opportunities with cross functional teams as necessary



Qualifications:

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent networking and business stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Desired lean sigma certification
  • Certified scrum master (CSM) or certified product owner (CPO) certificate would be an asset
  • Experience leading change management and business readiness activities
