Please review the following job description:

Support the strategic evaluation and portfolio planning of Truist's Corporate Real Estate and Facility Portfolio through data management and systems integration. Assist with the management of Truist real estate systems and tools for reporting, tracking, analyzing and recording across all lines of businesses.


1. Coordinate, analyze and support the management of data for corporate-wide initiatives, strategic decisions and other modeling efforts for real estate portfolio optimization and consolidation.

2. Support the management of real estate systems and tools which include tracking key performance indicators, current metrics for Truist, as well as industry standards numbers for benchmarking.

3. Continue innovation and further development of our real estate tools to streamline processes and information gathering to further assist with corporate optimization efforts.

4. Assist with develop and management of detailed, strategic plans to create short-term and long-term occupancy goals in conjunction with company and individual lines of business goals.

5. Learn all reporting requirements on both retail and corporate space, including but not limited to, vacancy, critical dates for leased assets and headcount information at the property and line of business level.

6. Support Truist real estate geographical information of both headcount and locations to complete data mapping to facilitate informed real estate decisions.


Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.

2. Three - Five years of relevant corporate real estate experience, including tactical and strategic planning or portfolio management.

3. Exceptional computer skills with all Office products including but not limited to Word, Power Point, Excel Access and familiar with multiple databases requiring integration.

4. Ability to learn and adapt new software applications to incorporate into our existing databases for use in corporate real estate.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in business or related field.

2. 7 - 10 years' experience in database management within corporate real estate

3. Experience in facility management, project management and/or financial services
