As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will report to the CFO. This role will have ownership of FluentStream's Business Intelligence function which is responsible for assisting in developing and providing key performance indicators, financial metrics and other operating drivers providing for data driven decision making. This is a unique opportunity to lead a programmatic BI program for a data intensive private-equity backed SaaS company that has a track record of successful acquisitions.
You will lead the Company's efforts in developing and publishing operational and financial dashboards and visualizations for use across the organization.sourcing, evaluating, modeling, structuring, negotiating and diligencing acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Operating teams in drawing insight from FluentStream's data and focusing on business-facing analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, and building models
• Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and business tools for use across the organization and develop reports and analysis templates using QuickSight
• Design and maintain dimensional data models in support of integrating source data from multiple systems into one cohesive data platform
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and drive iteration toward larger business goals and objectives
• Solve key business questions by conducting deep dive analysis to identify current trends and project upcoming trends in the dynamic and ever-changing social media advertising landscape

Qualifications :

• 5+ years experience in data warehouse and ETL environments
• 3+ years experience with RedShift, Athena and QuickSight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Highly efficient in an unstructured, fast-paced and team oriented environment
• Experience with SaaS or UCaaS companies highly desired

Compensation : $115,000 to $140,000 annual cash compensation plus equity
