As our first Business Development Analyst, you will act as our Web3 and Gaming subject matter expertise, helping to craft our business development, partnership, and product strategies. You will own the complex research and drive the development of insights to mobilize our efforts and continuously evolve our approach.

What You'll Do:

• Develop a rich set of insights within the Web3 and Gaming ecosystems through a range of quantitative and qualitative research to help our team identify new markets, channels, audience segments, and partnership opportunities
• Establish the key metrics, tracking methods, and lenses to forecast industry trends
• Engage with a wide array of consumers, channel partners, and native communities to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations
• Design and create our analytics dashboards and reporting to enable our internal stakeholders to launch and refine strategic initiatives

What You'll Need:

• 3 to 5 years of applied strategic analysis working with complex or unstructured quantitative and qualitative data sets
• Strong ability in conveying technical business insights to a diverse range of audiences through presentation, written and verbal communication
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to build programs from scratch: be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
• Industry working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, modern data visualization, and reporting tools
• A plus, experience working in Asana 
• A plus, you have experience in and/or are passionate about web3 and gaming
• A plus, you’ve worked on a direct to consumer product
