Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: Contract

Location: Georgetown, KY (Hybrid)

• Job Description
• This is a 75% remote position but the candidate should be comfortable with the travel of up to 25% to 11 Client's facilities in United States if and when the need be.
• They will ideally be travelling to the Client's facilities of Georgetown, KY, Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, etc. region if possible, so they probably need to be residing within 2-3 hour distance of Georgetown, KY area.
• This is TMNA ITx requisition but candidate will be working on shop floor so please ensure that you are able to support this role and can cover the insurances to have your candidates work on shop floor.
• The team is working on TMNA ITx App Modernization project and there are roughly 400 applications in all the manufacturing plants.
• The Manager needs someone as a Business Analyst who can document the data/information about all these 400 applications.
• The resource should have the background of Business Analysis in manufacturing industry or production control.
• They need to have experience more on the process side of things than that of IT.
• The team already has a set of information to be collected which this resource will be documenting in the tool of their expertise.
• They will also be responsible for sharing these documented status reports with the team and Senior Managers so they need to have good communication skills.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing industry area
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business with MIS preferred
• Good understanding of Scrum/Agile product delivery
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work in the manufacturing environment and follow the safety standard
• Be able to work in a team with respect
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira is a plus
• AWS experience is a plus
• Close to TMMK (Georgetown, KY), TMMI area to be able to visit the plants.
• Require travel (25%)
