SAIC is seeking a Business Analyst to be a critical member of the RITS team providing remote customer support.

This role offers permanent work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home

Responsibilities Include:

• Supports on-boarding and off-boarding activities ensuring staffing information is up-to date and easily available
• Completing required DoD onboarding documentation
• Updating and maintaining compliance tracking systems
• Compliance tracking reporting to meet required compliance metrics
• Maintaining ATCTS user accounts and compliance data
• Verification of employee certifications for accuracy and validity
• Perform as point of contact for Air Traffic Control Training Series (ATCTS) and Information Assurance Technical (IAT) staffing compliance based on current 8570 regulations
• Support and Assist Staffing Team with cross-function duties as backup
• Assist with development and maintenance of process and documentation
• Complete reports and presentation for leadership
• Perform required audits to maintain compliance
• Interfacing with SAIC HR for program staffing onboarding
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Staffing and compliance information

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors and zero (0) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

Required Clearance: Active DOD Secret clearance

Required Skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Database (Access/SQL)

Desired Skills:

• Previous DoD IA staffing compliance and 8570 knowledge preferred
• Understanding of IAT certification requirements base on roles preferred
• Knowledge DoD tools preferred:
  • ATCTS
  • U-Pass
  • SkilPort
