As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge applications on a high profile, demanding program where the products you help create will help to influence public health outcomes and affect constituents across the country. Working with your team of developers and alongside user experience analysts, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to citizens and users. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 90,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.

You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with analyzing and designing information systems and software
- 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
- 2+ years of experience with stakeholder or client management
- 2+ years of experience with developing and evaluating business needs and processes
- Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies
- Ability to translate systems requirements to business needs
- Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project members
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
