About the Job:

As a Murex Business Analyst on the Capital Markets Team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, alongside industry experts. You will become an expert in deploying technical solutions complimented by the creation of new business process changes. You will leverage your learnings and consulting expertise to better understand how to help advance our clients’ progress towards meeting their evolving needs. 

What You’ll get to do:

• Focus on strategic client engagements, pursuits and building out our Financial Services practice with a focus on business strategy, digital strategy and transformation
• Utilize knowledge of other Derivative asset classes a plus (Credit, FX, Equities)
• Create processing scripts and define global filters
• Develop policies and procedures, as well as programs for training, assessment and change management
• Work and be familiar with all end user groups within a financial services company (Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Product Control/Finance)
• Interacting with and managing an offshore team
• Be conversant with different types of Interest rates swaps and their risk sensitivities
• Plan and execute projects as needed by client
• Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and present to client leadership.
• Understand Capco capabilities like design thinking and rapid prototyping, and take to clients, including prospecting new clients 

What You’ll Bring with You:

• 5 years+ Murex experience
• 5 years+ experience with Interest Rate OTC Derivatives
• Understanding of the difference between cleared and bilateral trades
• Understanding of what structured swaps are (Multiphase, Callable)
• Capability of gathering and writing business requirements/ technical specifications for report amendments or report enhancements
• Proficient user of Murex Datamart
• Knowledge of how to create Datamart tables, Feeders, Extracts, Batch of Feeders and Batch of Extracts
• Familiarity with Dynamic tables, SQL writing, User Defined Simulation views, JIRA, etc.
• Understand the concept of a Murex FO_DESK and Closing Entity and how they influence Murex Datamart
