Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst Delivery Lead professional, who will be supporting the Fraud Technology team at Bank of America at the Newark, DE, Charlotte, NC, or Jersey city, NJ site.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:

• Work closely with business and technology partners to deliver solutions.
• Must possess advanced problem solving skills, the willingness to learn and ability to effectively and concisely communicate verbally and in written/presentation format.
• Have a solid grasp on what it takes to deliver technical solution to resolve business needs is a must.
• Will be working in a supportive and transparent team environment, while having the ability to research and resolve issues independently.
• Ability to engage and influence teams across technology and the business.

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 4 years work experience as either a Business Analyst, QA/UAT lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager in the industry.
• Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology.
• Experience gathering into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC. Knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking.

Desired Skills:

• Financial Services / Banking industry experience a plus
• Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or claims experience a plus

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$76,500 - $135,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
