What you’ll be doing:

The Business Analyst role on our implementation teams is responsible for a variety of tasks. The primary tasks are gathering customer requirements, designing the IVR and contact center routing, and creating of design documentation. For those that are able, Amazon Connect contact flows and routing configuration are also objectives.

What skills you will bring

• Several years of contact center background, specifically focused on implementation of contact center software
• Thorough understanding of Scrum or similar Agile frameworks
• Responsible for requirements elaboration, elicitation and documentation
• Author user stories and acceptance criteria
• Design the IVR and contact center routing
• Create design documentation
• QA testing experience
