The Global Risk Analytics Technology team is looking for a talented and highly motivated Audit/Compliance analyst to help support the application control and governance team.
In this role you will:

• Support a team of software developers with application governance support for 23 loan loss forecasting applications
• Partner with enterprise and audit teammates across 3 continents to monitor and enforce application controls and compliance with Enterprise Standards
• Support internal projects and assist applications controls manager with deliverables
• Process and organize project documents, create and maintain team repository of standard operating manuals, application system diagrams and data classification information

Required Skills:

• The top candidate will have strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to follow technical discussion, summarize actions and monitor deliverables
• Comfortable client facing and driving resolution with business users
• Prior application support/controls experience would be helpful
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem solving
• Excellent communication, willingness to take ownership and risks, and enthusiasm in the face of technical challenges
• Self-starter, confident, shows initiative and has a risk mindset

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, business analysis or organizational management would be preferable
