Architect Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Lead the development of complex DoDAF architecture products for Joint Staff programs. Produce detailed DoDAF architecture deliverables for Joint Capability Integrated Development System (JCIDS) documentation analysis documents, including capability-based assessments (CBAs), initial capability documents (ICDs), capability documents (CDDs), and program level acquisition documentation, such as information support plans (ISPs). Analyze and develop enterprise-level architecture projects to document capabilities, activities, and organizational relationships and systems. Analyze communication and network systems and services to determine and document Net Ready Key Performance Parameter requirements, including IAW, the Joint JCIDS Manual, other DoD and Joint directives, and Joint All Domain Command and Control activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with developing DoDAF 2.02 architecture documentation, including OVs, CVs, SVs PVs, and Standard Views
- Experience with Service or Joint capability, operational or system architectures, operational and tactical operations, or support to these operations
- Experience with a major US Military Staff
- Experience in the preparation and execution of detailed architecture, including interim and final architecture documentation, analysis reports, and development of C5
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Joint organizations, processes, and doctrine, communication systems, and command, control, and communication systems
- Knowledge of JCIDS Manual architecture requirements, including JCIDS documents for DoD programs and Information Support Plan (ISP) architecture requirements
- Knowledge of the Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) programs
