WHO YOU ARE

Artemis Health is looking for an Analytic Advisor who will manage client relationships for an assigned book of business which includes large employers, brokers, and consultants. You will be responsible for overall client satisfaction with the Artemis tool and deliverables. You will scope complex analytic deliverables with the client and work with internal teams to communicate and oversee projects to completion. You will be a key player in Artemis’ success, nourishing a client base that advocates for Artemis by being a reference, co-presenting at events, and supporting published case studies.

What You'll Do

  • Actively participate in new client kick-off meeting by introducing the Analytic Framework and begin collecting information to support analytic deliverables
  • Work closely with implementation and data teams to communicate client expectations and set priorities
  • Scope and manage on-going client deliverables as outlined in the Analytic Framework
  • Work closely with Customer Analytics team to triage Artemis tool support and ad-hoc requests
  • Routinely meet with clients in person and remotely to present, review and discuss analytic stories
  • Participate in data acceptance testing and client sign-off of data warehouse
  • Participate in client training along with Artemis Training Manager
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to support RFPs, finalist meetings, and client references
  • Manage renewal expectations, budget, and contracting process
  • Support Artemis Product Team to evaluate and test new functionality
  • Participate in Artemis’ annual customer event ‘Elevate’ by supporting and co-presenting with clients

What You'll Have:

  • Engaging personality; able to effectively lead client meetings in-person and remotely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse audiences
  • Possesses detailed knowledge of the Artemis platform and medical claims data
  • Comfortable presenting analytics to clients and consultants
  • Understands customer needs and the markets in which we compete
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their vision on the Artemis platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills including project management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Bachelor's’ degree, Masters preferred
  • 4+ years of employee benefits and or/healthcare experience with benefits consultant, broker, health plan or health system
  • Understanding of key performance measures and indicators that drive reporting and analytics across key data sources, such as medical claims, pharmacy claims, wellness and other emerging data sources in the benefits space
  • Previous experience with reporting and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Up to 25% travel required

Physical requirements for the role: Incumbents must be able to work in an office environment. Job may work on weekends, nights, holidays and on-call basis.
