Republic Capital is the institutional arm of Republic that invests in early and growth-stage technology companies. Since its founding in 2019, Republic Capital has grown to over $600 million in assets under management and built a portfolio of increasingly dominant companies in areas such as FinTech, E-commerce, New Space, and Digital Assets.

We are looking to bring on a new analyst with a balance of analytical rigor and strong communication skills. This will be a key role in the buildout of a rapidly growing firm with strong potential for unique growth and advancement.

What you'll do:

• Conducting due diligence and valuation analysis on prospective and current investments
• Preparing various presentation deliverables including investment memos, marketing materials, and investor reports
• Researching and drafting reports on industry sectors, trends, and market dynamics
• Monitoring existing investments and tracking deal flow generated by the team
• As a member of our small, but growing team, you will also be asked to assist on any other projects or activities where help is needed

About you:

• Undergraduate degree with track record of academic excellence
• 1-2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or other relevant fields
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities including financial modeling
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to quickly distill abstract ideas and large amounts of imperfect information down into thoughtful insights
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic
• A desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and feel comfortable making decisions despite uncertainty
