Recipe for Success - What's "In Store" for the Role

• Support the execution periodic reports for sourcing teams. Understanding of the source, purpose and communicate to multiple stakeholders
• Support, develop and build reporting for S4OC and leadership needs
• Assist in consolidation of data, discussions with finance and partnering with stakeholders to meet needs
• Support and execute ad hoc requests, analysis, mapping systems and improving user experience
• Coordination and Facilitation of Omni Channel Category Reviews in assigned categories
• Create uniform presentations and centralize supporting activities
• Reporting activities includes pulling key financial reports as well as establishing and sharing best practices, templates and timely presentations. Examples of reports include (but not limited to): periodic financials, savings, profitability, cost changes, shipping reports, sales, service levels, supplier score cards and ad hoc reports to support the business
• Event support includes supporting activities such meeting coordination and facilitation, creation of data packs, document collection, cost prep, event calendar tracking and assistance in building presentations for training and marketing of activities

The Essentials In Your Cart - The Required Ingredients

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience

Extra Spices - What You Should Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of related reporting experience preferably sourcing, negotiating, category and vendor management
• Experience with Power BI, IDW, DSS, and IRI a plus, with ability to become a power user in those systems
• Strong research and presentation skills (both developing and delivering)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite
• Demonstrated strength in communication
• Demonstrated facilitation skills over multiple media types (video conferences, TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, conference calls, in-person meetings, etc.) with varying size groups (typically 5-25)
• Able to independently identify problems and propose solutions
• Highly self-motivated, goal oriented and works well under pressure
