Job Description

Provide technical support for contractual and acquisition functions providing the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with accurate, complete and timely information for making sound technical, contractual and business related decisions.

Essential Job Functions:

Financial analysis and reporting of contract and task order ceiling, funding, and burn rates.

Participation as appropriate in the Procurement Planning Conference (PPC).

Provide process related information to technical personnel regarding acquisition planning and strategy.

Historical order/program analytics used in the preparation of Contract and Task Order Packages.

Analyze Contractual Vehicle methodologies.

Participation as appropriate in Market Research.

Provide configuration management support and update of IGCE Tools.

Communicate technical contract action statuses and PMT updates.

support the Evaluation Phase of contract actions supported by the Contreacting Officer's Representative.

Provide Historical order/program analytics used in the preparation of the Contract Packages.

Must demonstrate an ability to analyze and interpret multiple cost/technical data sets, and organize/present data into tables, charts, graphs to support business cases.

Job Requirements

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' Program Cost Control Analysis and/or Financeexperience is required. Will also consider a high school diploma with 13 years ofProgram Cost Control Analysis and/or Financeexperience.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point and Excel.

Must demonstrate an ability to analyze and interpret multiple cost/technical data sets, and organize/present data into tables, charts, graphs to support business cases for medium to large contracts packages.

Must have US Government support experience.

Previous experience in financial management and analysis reporting supporting Support Service Programs with emphasis on program cost control.

Desired Skills:

Previous experience of IGCE development and Tool configuration.

Experience in Risk Management.

Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
