Data Visualization Specialist

The Opportunity:

Develops, implements, and supports the usage of data visualization toolkit, configuration, deployment and usage. Applies specific functional knowledge, working or general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining  

• 2+ years of experience with SQL

• 1+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau

• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources   

• Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources  

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements    

• Bachelor’s degree   

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment, including backlog grooming or prioritization with clients, and product demos

• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate client feedback

• Ability to translate business questions into technical solutions and visualizations

• Public Trust

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
