Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Visualization Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, querying, and visualization. As a Data Visualization Engineer , you will play a critical role in transforming data into visually compelling and actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Required skills- SQL , Snowflake, Good to have: Tableau, Data Visualization, Good in RCA, logical thinking, troubleshooting

• Design and develop interactive and visually impactful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to identify key performance metrics and data needs.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including CRM systems (Salesforce), to develop a unified view of business performance.
• Optimize and automate data workflows and visualization processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders at various levels, providing recommendations for process improvements and strategy optimization.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards and visualizations to ensure accuracy and relevancy of data over time.
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout all visualization and reporting processes.
• Train and support internal teams on best practices for data visualization and Tableau usage.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce CRM, and experience integrating CRM data into visual reports.
• Solid understanding of data storytelling, design principles, and user-centered design in dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
