Data Transformation Specialist

• Supporting data mapping and integration execution and end-to-end reconciliation
• Analysing source system’s data model, on object/field level, and matching that towards the target system’s data model, on object/field level preparing mapping files (design, how-to, governance) for each migrated entity 
• Identifying any mapping gaps and address them with appropriate project teams, follow it up ensuring it will be resolved
• Supporting on designing of reconciliation reports – design, checks, validations, documentation 
• Acting as a point of contact for assigned OpCos on Data Migration matters, and be the point of contact for all applicable client stakeholder teams, as well as external Vendors in workshops and meetings
• Developing, improving and running extraction, conversion and load solutions
• Managing the data migration per phase of the project (unit testing, UAT, deployment etc.)
• Aligning with Data Modelling and Data Governance teams on data migration
• Ensuring adherence to the client data standards and indicate gaps towards the target solution and processes 
• Providing technical solutions with regards to data migration (i.e. support testing in resolving data related test incidents).

• Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills. 
• Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials and supporting change tnew ways of working. 
• Process improvement skills: problem solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing process improvements. 

Specific Functional Skills & Experience 

• University BSc Business Degree/ Management Information Systems/ Computer or Information Science, or actual work experience in related discipline. 
• Experience in Data Management with exposure or participation in Change Management, Program Program/Project Management at Global or Regional level. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Preferred qualifications: o Data Migration to S/4Hana or SAP ECC
• SAP Data Services expert (former Business Object Data Services-BODS)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL (code)
• SAP LSMW (with ABAP code knowledge or understanding)
• SAP BAPI/Idocs for data load into S4 or SAP ECC.

Nice to have:

• Have at least one recent full cycle, hands on, Data Migration projects experience with S/4Hana or ECC as a target system 
• Have good problem-solving skills and focus on details
• Like following the agile principles should feel comfortable in a self-steering team
• Have experience with complex programs and projects
• Have experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles can demonstrate good active listening and communication skills, able to bring the message across to different audiences
• Have a good understanding of main objects: Customer, Vendor, Items, transactional data and their dependencies
• Can efficiently browse SAP S/4 or ECC data structures to understand and possibly debug issues
• Have a general understanding of main modules: Finance, Sales and Procurement
• Show flexibility, proactivity and be an energetic team player.
