Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical assistance to Dune’s customers (paid users), helping them navigate crypto data and analytics seamlessly. In this fast-paced role, you’ll tackle a high volume of technical inquiries across multiple channels, requiring a structured, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with on-chain data, blockchain analytics, and SQL-based dashboards, possesses strong customer empathy, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

🚀 This is a remote role only for candidates based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST). Applications from other time zones will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve crypto data-related issues mainly Telegram and Slack but also emails, Zendesk or Discord.

• Blockchain Data Expertise: Help users navigate Dune’s SQL-based query engine, dashboards, and on-chain data models, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

• Problem Solving: Investigate complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and drive resolutions with a data-driven mindset.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to escalate technical issues, share user feedback, and improve platform usability.

• Documentation & Enablement: Create and refine FAQs, user guides, and technical documentation to empower the community and streamline support.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years in technical support, data analytics, or customer support in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with crypto data—ideally hands-on with Dune, on-chain analytics tools, SQL, or building dashboards.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug queries, troubleshoot user issues, and explain technical concepts clearly.

• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first, empathetic approach to resolving inquiries.

• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems (DeFi, NFT analytics, on-chain metrics) is a big plus.

• Located in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
