About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Event-Driven Architect specializing in Kafka to assess and optimize our Kafka implementation. You will develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for improvements, ensure seamless data flow, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help us maintain and monitor our Kafka ecosystem while leading best practices and providing support and training to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize the current Kafka setup
- Develop a plan for Kafka infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and operations teams
- Ensure the health and performance of Kafka through robust monitoring
- Provide training and maintain detailed documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as an Event-Driven Architect with a focus on Kafka
- Strong technical skills in Kafka architecture, Kafka Streams, KSQL, and Kafka Connect
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
