Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst

We're looking for an exceptional Data Solutions & Analytics Senior Analyst to help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. FinTech is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, and the challenges we're tackling require deep innovation, critical thinking, and scale that don't always have strong precedents.

You'll take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders, contribute to high-impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team. This is a role for someone who leverages modern tools and cutting-edge methodologies as a core part of how they solve problems, and raises the bar for everyone around them.

This role is based in our Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

• Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark and Airflow to automate critical processes, such as key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize processes, driving innovation in operational workflows.
• Develop meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to monitor the health of products, systems, and business processes.
• Transform complex data into clear and insightful visualizations to inform partners and drive decision making.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks and optimizing operational efficiencies.
• Telecommuting permitted.

• Minimum Requirements for Position: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering or related field plus five years (5) of progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Education and/or experience must include:
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor product, system, and business process health.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visual outputs for ongoing monitoring.
• Develop automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
• Apply large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to the corresponding compensation zone.

Base Pay Range:

$141,773.00 - $162,000.00 per year
