Essential Functions

  • Drafts Statistical Analysis Plans and analysis dataset specifications to scientifically document clinical analysis requirements.
  • Provides statistical methodology support for standard and custom real-world studies, utilizing advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms for big data analysis and scientific evidence generation.
  • Collaborates with business teams to develop AI tools and analytic platforms, optimizing prompt engineering and standardizing analytic workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Stays current with the latest AI research, evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies into RWE business processes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of data science or machine learning; experience with analytic platform development, AI-generated content, or Agentic AI projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, Java, or other programming languages, with basic knowledge of software development frameworks.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills are essential; the ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
