Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to apply these technologies to solve complex business problems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement data science projects.
• Utilize advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models for data analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and optimize AIGC prompt engineering to enhance the quality and relevance of generated content.
• Keep up with the latest AI research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologies.
• Manage the data science team, guiding team members in technical research and project implementation.
• Write technical documentation to clearly communicate analytical results and findings to non-technical team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of data science or machine learning, with AIGC/ Agentic AI project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages, familiar with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiar with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text generation techniques.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with prompt engineering, able to design effective prompts to guide AI in generating high-quality content.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have leadership experience.
• Good English writing and speaking skills
