We are looking for a Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data infrastructure, intelligent pipelines, and machine learning operations. In this role, you will design and optimize robust data architectures that support Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, working side-by-side with data scientists, AI engineers, and cloud experts. You’ll play a key role in enabling the success of AI/ML initiatives by ensuring reliable, performant, and secure access to structured and unstructured data across platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines to support AI model training, RAG systems, and real-time inference workflows. Collaborate with data scientists and application teams to enable document processing, annotation pipelines, and LLM-enriched data flows. Work with PostgreSQL, vector databases, and cloud storage to operationalize semantic search and document embeddings, Implement scalable, modular, and reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, and loading. Ensure data quality, security, and privacy compliance throughout the AI pipeline lifecycle. Contribute to the adoption of modern tools like LangChain, Docker, and enterprise integration patterns to accelerate development.- Develop and implement advanced data science models to support analytics solutions.- Work on big data platforms and tools to analyze large datasets.- Utilize insights to create visual reports and dashboards aligning with project objectives.- Collaborate cross-functionally among various teams to ensure accurate data delivery and alignment with business requirements.- Troubleshoot data issues and support data management processes.- Conduct regular analytics reporting and present data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience:- Proven expertise in Analytics & Reporting, Big Data & Analytics, and Data Management and Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data science tools and technologies.- Proficiency in working with large datasets and applying machine learning models.- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
