- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields
- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability and Machine Learning algorithms
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with data preparation, feature engineering and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Experience building, validating and optimizing predictive models for regression, classification, clustering and time series analysis
- Knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing is valued
- Experience communicating insights through data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Plotly or Tableau
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) is a plus
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English

Skills Required
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent
- Strong foundation in statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
- Experience with libraries and frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Ability to clean, preprocess, and wrangle large datasets from various sources
- Experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques to gain insights and identify patterns in data
- Proficiency in building and evaluating predictive models using machine learning algorithms
- Experience with regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis
- Skills in creating meaningful visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Familiarity with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Tableau
- Understanding of the business domain and the ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts
- Eagerness to stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning
- Fluent in English
