Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing data models, and implementing advanced analytics to drive business decisions and enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Use statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain data models to support data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining, to extract valuable insights from data.
• Develop and deploy predictive models to support business initiatives and optimize processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to develop interactive and user-friendly visualizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in data science or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
