Job Description
We are offering the amazing opportunity to take part of a global distributed team that has a knack for understanding data and telling the story of why it matters.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver actionable insights to our clients leveraging strong technical, advanced analytical, and collaboration capabilities on research, development, and delivery
- Partner with our Agency teams (Analytics, Creative, Client Partnership and Strategy) on scaling our business and pursuing strategic data initiatives as it relates to clients’ digital properties
- Partner with our Data Engineering and Data Quality teams to develop our core data and ensure high accuracy and correctness
- Produce testing frameworks and subsequent analysis to inform dynamic personalization.
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
• 3+ years of relevant data science and analytics experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python (Preferred) and/or R and SQL.
• Technically strong with a detailed knowledge of the latest analytical technologies – AI/ML in particular – with a focus more on business benefits than on the data science and technology itself
• Creative problem solving – able to grasp and tackle complex real-world problems.
• Strong ability to translate between data/technical problems and business impact
• Strong proficiency across the whole technical spectrum of data science including inferential statistics, design of experiments, and machine learning
• Previous working experience in the domain of marketing/advertising analytics with direct communication and collaboration with the end client is a huge plus
• A masters or doctorate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
