Purpose:

Reporting to the Director, Data Science and Analytics, this role will join a team of specialists dedicated to serving our consumers and an analytics community excited to deploy advanced analytics throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a data scientist or statistician with focus on Pricing & Qualitative research:

• Use Python to analyze internal and competitor data to build pricing tools that drive pricing recommendations
• Develop tools to monitor business outcome measures for future pricing recommendations and decisions
• Lead the establishment of an enterprise-wide pricing vision and strategies including the implementation of tools and governance.
• Build data driven behaviors development across the enterprise, moving analytic insight to actions
• Familiarity with designing survey experiments, including but not limited to: Discrete choice experiments (e.g. conjoint, MaxDiff), Randomized controlled trials
• Support all phases of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including research design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, data analysis and storytelling.
• Guide and develop junior data scientists on the team in crafting and implementing data science algorithms

Education & Experience:

A successful candidate is a life long learner who has:

• Bachelor's in Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science/ Computer Science or related field, Master's preferred
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying analytics models
• Experience using R/Python/SQL
• Experience working in cloud based environment is preferred
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast paced team
• Motivation to continuously learn and advance data science profession
