As a Data Scientist – ML & GenAI, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions that address key business priorities — from identifying AI opportunities to deploying production-ready models and tracking business impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business operations through predictive intelligence, automation, NLP, and GenAI-powered solutions.
Advanced AI/ML & GenAI Development
Design, build, and deploy scalable ML and GenAI solutions including supervised, unsupervised, NLP, and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
Translate complex AI concepts into production-ready applications that drive business adoption and measurable outcomes.
Develop complete AI workflows including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI opportunities, define use cases, and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Monitor production models, manage drift detection, retraining, and continuous optimization to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
Contribute to AI best practices, reusable frameworks, innovation initiatives, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Strong academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields).
Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions across classification, regression, time series, NLP, and GenAI/LLM use cases.
Experience working with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, or similar GenAI implementations.
Strong programming expertise in Python and ML frameworks/tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, or similar technologies.
Experience deploying ML models into production environments through APIs, batch pipelines, or streaming architectures.
Exposure to platforms such as DataRobot or similar tools for model development, governance, and deployment is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, experiment tracking, and scalable AI operations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passionate about innovation, experimentation, and solving complex business problems using AI and GenAI technologies.
Flexible to travel across Saudi Arabia for client discussions, workshops, and collaboration engagements (50% travel requirement).
Skills Required
- 4-6+ years experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and GenAI solutions development
