Summary Generated by Built In

At Kramp, we are continuously improving how we manage and use product information across our organization and for our customers.

In this role, you will lead the applied AI capability for product content automation. You will translate business challenges into practical solutions using large language models, AI agents and intelligent workflows. The focus is on applying and improving existing models—not training new machine-learning models—and working with internal engineers to deploy successful solutions securely and reliably on Google Cloud.

Your role

You will design, build, evaluate and improve LLM-powered solutions that support product content processes, such as extracting, enriching, classifying, validating and generating product information.

Working closely with Product Content Automation team, business stakeholders, and internal engineering specialists, you will take ideas from an initial problem through experimentation and validation to production use.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shape and validate AI use cases by exploring business problems, clarifying desired outcomes and defining measurable success criteria before deciding whether an LLM-based approach is appropriate.
  • Build LLM-powered agents and workflows by designing prompts, tool use, structured outputs, context management and orchestration logic, and by connecting solutions to internal data, APIs, search systems and business processes.
  • Collaborate on deployment and integration by working with engineers and architects on APIs, cloud architecture, security, CI/CD and operational reliability, and by continuing to improve solutions after release.

Your team

You will join the newly established Product Content Automation team, consisting of a Team Lead, Data Analyst and Data Scientist. Accurate and complete product content is essential to helping customers find and select the right parts from 3.5 million highly technical and diverse products. The team develops smart automation and AI solutions to maintain this content at scale, working closely with business stakeholders  across Kramp.

Who are you?

You are an experienced applied AI specialist or data scientist with a strong engineering mindset. You combine hands-on knowledge of LLM applications with pragmatic business judgment and a systematic approach to quality.

What you bring:

  • Masters degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Computer Science or related fields
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience building LLM applications within Gemini Agent Platform or comparable services..
  • Strong communication and business-awareness skills
  • Experience with CI/CD, observability, guardrails and evaluation.

The following experience would be beneficial:

  • Experience building backend services, APIs and integrations in TypeScript, Java or a comparable language.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud, containers, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD.
  • Understanding of event-driven and batch architectures, IAM, secrets management and observability.

What do we offer?

At Kramp, we believe meaningful rewards help people grow, perform and thrive. Our reward package is designed to be fair, transparent, and competitive, giving you confidence and support to do your best work.
